Terms
Last updated: 29 September 2026.
These terms cover your use of vishal.dev, a free personal site run by Vishal. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Using the site
You may read the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. That permission is limited, and it can be withdrawn. It does not give you any ownership of the site or of the writing on it.
The writing
Vishal keeps the copyright in the notes and other original writing published here. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link back to the note. You may not copy the site, republish the notes, or present them as your own work.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with anyone else's use of it, to probe or overload the server, to upload malicious code, or to remove credit from the writing. Do not impersonate Vishal or suggest that a page is affiliated with someone else.
No warranty
The site and its notes are provided as they are, for free. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. There is no warranty that the site will be available, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Vishal is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on a note. Nothing here is professional advice. If a law does not allow a limit like this, the limit applies only as far as that law permits.
Other sites
Links to other websites are for convenience. Those sites are not controlled here, and their content is not endorsed by the fact of a link.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
